About Us:
Safe And Save is a growing retail business specialising in homeware, kitchenware, rugs, and household products. We are committed to providing quality products and excellent customer service.
We are looking for experienced, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and enquiries
- Provide friendly and professional customer service
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation
- Process cash and EFTPOS transactions and operate the POS system
- Assist with stock handling, displays, and replenishment
- Support the day-to-day operations of the business
- Build positive relationships with customers and help achieve sales targets
- * Assist with warehouse duties and stock movement when required
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales or retail experience is required
Strong sales and customer service skills
Previous experience in a similar retail role is highly preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Flexible and willing to work across different locations, including our warehouse and two retail stores,
depending on business requirements - Applicants must be comfortable travelling between work locations when required
Language Skills:
As we serve a diverse and multicultural customer base, including Bangladeshi, Indian, and local English-
speaking customers, applicants who can communicate in Bangla, Hindi, and English are highly preferred.
Knowledge of additional languages may also strengthen your application.
