About Us:
Safe And Save is a growing retail business specializing in homeware, kitchenware, and rug solutions. We are focused on providing quality products and excellent customer service. We are currently looking for experienced and motivated Sales Associates to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Deliver excellent customer service at all times
- Maintain store cleanliness and visual presentation
- Handle cash transactions and operate POS system
- Support daily store operations, including stock handling
Requirements:
We serve a diverse, multicultural customer base, including Bangladeshi, Indian, and local English-speaking customers. Therefore, the ability to communicate fluently in Bangla, Hindi, and English is essential to provide top-notch service to all our customers.
- Minimum 2 years of sales or retail experience (required)
Strong sales skills with proven experience
Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred
Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
